1.Pre- Order & Available Items
A confirmation mail would be sent within 24 hours after an order is placed. For pre-order items, please allow 8-21 working days for goods to be delivered after confirmation of payment. Available items would be send out within 3-5 working days once payment is confirmed. *Please note that for orders made over the weekends, it may take a longer time for delivery.*
2.Postage Charges
All postage charges to be born by buyer.
Registered post is highly recommended as ClothesOnline will not be responsible for mails lost via postage.
For normal mail, there would be a charge of $1.50 per item.
For registered mail, there would be a charge of $2.24 per order.
*We can combine your clothes so that you can save on your postage.*

3.Payment
Bank Transfer through POSB / UOB only. Payment must be made within 3 working days once orders are confirmed. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days. Please email to ClothesOnline@gmail.com once payment is made.
4.Quality
All items are Brand New.
5.Cancellation
Once item is confirmed and payment is made, no refund will be made upon cancellation.
6.Return Policy
Full refund is available ONLY for damage stock or short of stock due to production matters.

*For free size blouse/dress, they are suitable for the bust of 33-34 inches ladies to wear.
*For S, M, L sizes blouse/dress, they are suitable for the bust of 32, 34, 36 ladies to wear respectively.
*For skirts, the waist of S, M, L size are 26, 28, 30 inches respectively.
*For pants, the waist of S, M, L size are 26,28,30 inches respectively, low-waist cutting.
